Shipping information

Your order will be shipped in sturdy packaging. We charge an additional €1.00 for handling and securely packaging your order.

Orders placed before Saturday at 12 PM or Wednesday at 12 PM will be picked up by the parcel service on the following Monday or Thursday (with tracking code), or sent by regular mail (for smaller packages, no tracking code).

Returns

The “distance selling” law grants the right to cancel the sale within 14 calendar days from the day after the product is delivered to the consumer. The consumer may therefore exercise the right of withdrawal. The purchased product can be exchanged or returned, complete and unused, in its original, undamaged packaging (if possible). Products that are damaged or used are not eligible for exchange or return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
