General conditions

1. General:

In our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the following definitions apply:

  • Euprint: Euprint bv, located at Parkbosstraat 3, 3001 Heverlee, Belgium – VAT: BE0436.391.716
  • Customer: any natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Euprint;
  • Website: the website managed by Euprint: www.euprint.be

By using the Website and/or placing an order, the Customer accepts all our general terms and conditions, as well as all other rights and obligations as stated on the Website.

Euprint reserves the right to amend and/or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time for future orders.

By the very act of placing an order, the buyer accepts these terms and conditions as the only ones applicable to all transactions with our company. The buyer thereby waives their own purchase conditions, including payment terms and delivery conditions.

2. Prices:

All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT (excluding shipping costs and any applicable taxes). The Customer is required to pay the price communicated by Euprint. Obvious errors, such as evident inaccuracies, may be corrected by Euprint, even after the agreement has been concluded.

In the event of price increases due to changing economic conditions, the buyer will be informed.

Discounts are granted per agreement, where applicable, and do not automatically entitle the buyer to the same discount on a subsequent agreement.

3. Orders and Deliveries:

Euprint cannot be held liable in any way for complications and costs caused by the absence and/or relocation of the customer, or by an incorrectly provided address.

4. Complaints:

Any complaints regarding deliveries will only be accepted in writing within 8 working days of delivery. All visible defects must be reported by registered mail within 48 hours of receiving the products.

Sold goods cannot be returned.

5. Payments:

Orders placed via the website can be paid using PayPal. Costs related to this payment method are borne by the Customer.

Orders placed by phone, fax, or email can be paid via bank transfer. These payments must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. The delivered goods remain the property of Euprint until the invoice is paid. Costs related to this form of payment are also the responsibility of the Customer.

In the event of late payment, interest of 1.5% per month will be charged without prior notice or formal notice of default. If payment is not made within 8 days after a payment reminder has been sent, the outstanding amount will be increased by a fixed compensation of 15%, with a minimum of €50, without prejudice to legal costs and default interest. Furthermore, from that moment on, all other invoices, even those not yet due, become immediately payable without further notice of default.

Orders will only be delivered once all previous invoices have been paid.

6. Liability:

If the goods delivered by Euprint are found to be defective, they will be replaced or repaired free of charge by Euprint within the applicable warranty periods and conditions as prescribed by Belgian law.

In cases of force majeure, Euprint is not obliged to fulfill its obligations towards the Customer. Euprint may suspend its obligations for the duration of the force majeure.

Force majeure includes any circumstance that wholly or partially prevents Euprint from fulfilling its obligations to any other party. This includes, but is not limited to, strikes, fire, business disruption, power outages, failure in a telecommunications network, non-delivery or late delivery by suppliers or other third parties involved.

7. Disputes:

In the event of disputes, only the courts of Leuven have jurisdiction.

Only Belgian law applies.
